No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 hours of departure or for no-shows.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation request.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Partial refunds may be granted for modifications, such as reducing the number of travelers or changing the itinerary, based on the terms of the specific tour.
Certain bookings, including last-minute deals, non-refundable tickets, and special promotional offers, are not eligible for refunds.
Additional services booked through third-party providers (e.g., flights, hotels) are subject to their individual refund policies.
If Tours Thrill cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or insufficient participation), customers will receive:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule for a later date.
